Matsuo Junior High School
Welcome to Matsuo Junior High School. The school is located in the Matsuo District of Shiiba Village. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Matsuo from the center of Shiiba.
Matsuo JHS is the smaller of Shiiba's two Junior High Schools. It usually has fewer than forty students. Like other Junior High Schools in Japan, the students are grouped by age and advance together as a class until they graduate. Graduation comes after three years of study. Graduation marks the end of compulsary education.
